We have 4 branches in Australia with over 100 employees. Since its operation in 1997, PERI Australia has been part of many iconic and major projects in the construction industry. We seek a strategic thinker with an excellent sales leadership track record, to assist in achieving sales volume and profit and contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining a profitable relationship with existing customers and generating new business streams. Exceptional communication skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
- Oversee the activities and the performance of the state sales team.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and professional associations.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor the achievements of sales objectives by the state sales team.
- Evaluate performance of state sales team.
- Ensure optimal use and maintenance of sales systems, such as CRM.
- Uphold group sales excellence by setting and maintaining high standards.
- Effectively communicate key information to sales and technical staff and external customers.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Preferably 3+ years' experience in leadership position in similar industry.
- Proven experience managing a team of comparable size, with strong people management and staff development skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Open, reliable, and committed to driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
