MAXIMO Wall Panel Formwork

The perfect combination of speed, cost-control and concrete finish

MAXIMO wall formwork is one of the most capable panel systems available.  With the highest quality production, the system will perform year after year on site giving you the maximum return on investment.

Costs are controlled daily thanks to the single-sided tie system requiring less labour to install and dismantle.  The MX tie technology with one-sided tie installation also greatly accelerates formworking operations - with experience of the system on site showing up to 50% less time required.

A high quality concrete finish can be achieved with thanks to the centrally arranged tie points resulting in a regular joint and tie pattern both horizontally and vertically

  • Faster tie installation

through the one-sided tie technology without spacer tubes and cones

  • Minimum of anchors

through the optimized tie point arrangement

  • Improved concrete finish

through the neat joint and tie arrangement

    Beautiful concrete finish

Achieve a visually appealing and contemporary exposed concrete finish with the defined arrangement of individual panels and minimised unusued tie holes which can often result in concrete bleeding and impressions on the finished surface

Additional Benefits

The MX Shaft Corner allows complete sets of shaft formwork to be moved quickly. Attaching and releasing is easily done from a safe position on the working level.

The wall thickness can be easily adjusted on the anchor by means of a cotter pin. The usual wall thicknesses are indicated through markings on the tie rod.

MAXIMO Panels, as well as internal corners and shaft elements, are available with heights of 3m and 3.6m. These additional panel heights are available on request and guarantee additional time savings for larger floor heights for example in high-quality residential construction or underground structures. The 3m high panels only require 2 anchors which ensures further saving of time. The MX 18 Anchor System is used for wall thicknesses of up to 60cm.
